Richard Wajs is the President and CEO of TWC International Executive Search Limited. His extensive executive search experience has been gained over several years in senior positions with two international executive search firms and with TWC International.

Richard’s past experience includes being a lawyer and former Partner in private practice in Montreal, where he headed the real estate department of his firm, Adessky Poulin LLP. He also has prior experience in the financial services sector, having been a senior officer with Swiss Bank Corporation Trust in Montreal and with Credit Suisse Private Banking in Toronto.

Fluently bilingual in English and French, Richard’s client base is found across Canada and internationally. His areas of specialization are in the financial services, technology, telecommunications, media and communications, industrial/ manufacturing, professional services, real estate and retial sectors.

He holds a Bachelor of Civil Law Degree (B.C.L.) from the Université de Montréal and has completed the Canadian Securities Course.

Richard is actively involved in several not for profit community organizations. He is the Founder, Board Member and former Chair of a major Chamber of Commerce of Toronto, a Member of the Board of Governors of Mount Sinai Hospital of Toronto, a Member of the Womens’ Executive Network (WXN), Women In Capital Markets (WCM), a Member of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) and a former Member of the Board of Directors of the Association For Corporate Growth (ACG).

Alexandra Soares is a Senior Consultant at TWC International Executive Search. She has performed executive search assignments in a variety of functional areas within the consumer packaged goods, professional services, financial services, retail, not-for-profit, pharmaceutical, media and telecommunications sectors.

Alexandra graduated from St. Mary’s University in Halifax, having obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree, with a double major in Criminology and Psychology and a focus in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. In 2008, she obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from George Brown College and is pursuing a C.H.R.P. designation. Alexandra has previously worked extensively in the retail and hospitality sectors where her strong customer service orientation has been a significant asset.

Tony is an executive search consultant who has 26 years of experience in financial services with a major Canadian Bank in branch banking and human resources. His expertise as an HR Business Partner expands across financial services, having supported senior executives in retail & commercial banking, capital markets (Canada, USA, & Asia Pacific), corporate and institutional banking, wealth management, insurance, direct banking and technology development. He has also held senior roles in employee/industrial relations and leadership staffing & development

Tony has a track record for leading organizational redesign, improving managerial leadership, increasing employee retention and positively impacting employee engagement. He also has comprehensive knowledge in implementing talent development and succession planning programs. 

He is a member of the HRPYR and obtained his CHRP/CHRM designations from the University of Toronto’s advanced program in HR Management.

Ana Balovneva is an Administrator at TWC International Executive Search. Throughout her career she has worked in a number of progressive administrative roles in a wide variety of industries including mining, media, financial services and executive search. 

Ana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Guelph and a Diploma in Journalism from Humber College. 

Prior to joining TWC International Executive Search, Ana was employed by a large international executive search firm.

David Rashkovan is a Consultant at TWC International Executive Search, responsible for leading and executing search in the fields of technology, telecommunications, engineering, construction, and manufacturing. David joined TWC International  in 2004 after successfully founding and leading a network consulting company since 1996 where his company provided small to medium business with full service network and systems installation and support. Prior to that he held several management positions in the Logistics Group at Bell Canada. 

David holds an Honors Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo and a Masters of Applied Science degree in Construction Engineering and Management from Stanford University. David is a Licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario.

Marcy Frenkel is the Office Manager at TWC International. She is responsible for the firm’s administration, accounting and bookkeeping. She was previously a Project Manager at STS Systems Inc. and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Management Information Systems from McGill University in 1988.
